About Us
After a career in national account sales and spending many hours airborne between accounts, founder and coffee enthusiast, Liz and husband, Lou, made good on their dream to be business members within their own community. We thought of opening Blue Max when we realized that there wasn't a locally owned shop nearby to purchase quality coffee and roasted whole bean coffees. We found a great wood frame house with a big yard and opened our doors in mid-November, 2005.
