Blue Max Coffee is a local roaster in pursuit of equal pay for the small farmers who have difficulty getting their product to the market.  We research every purchase of coffee to make sure our values are met.  We stand behind our membership to Chicago Fair Trade and their pursuit to ensure that small farmers have a market to deliver their beans to the end consumer.  We have a large variety of coffees and by the time our coffee reaches your cup it has been tasted and tested (cupped) by our staff.  Our hope is you love the taste and respect the effort.
